After a very successful launch of the Aviator hotel in Farnborugh, Music Concrete has been asked to look after the music at Dakota Hotels.

It is great to be back working with Ken McCulloch and team after a few years break.

Music Concrete will be programming the music at the new Aviator Hotel at Farnborough airport - one of the busiest landing spots for private jets. Nicholas Rettie (ex head man at Metropolitan and Great Eastern Hotel) is looking after the opening, and the Aviator brand comes from hotel legend Ken McCulloch. I think this is what they call pedigree in the business.

Music Concrete has been working with Gabriel Prokofiev on the music for the amazing new Stolichnaya Airship commercial. The result is a fantastic mix of Russian classical with modern touches. Very much like Mr Prokovief himself, grandson of Sergei Prokovief, brains behind much of Lady Sovereign's music and punk funk legends Spektrum, and now promoter of the night that is redefining 'classical' music, NONCLASSICAL.

Well, Alea Nottingham has been successfully completed, and now Music Concrete has been commissioned to look after the music for the new casinos in Leeds, Glasgow and Manchester. The quality of the interior design and detailing is quite staggering at the Alea casinos. If you get a chance I highly recommend that you take a look. The music will, of course, be outstanding.

Music Concrete is pleased to announce that we will be working with Adam Roberts and Maria Slater of London Clubs International on the launch of the new Nottingham casino and bar/restaurant complex. If any of you are familiar with the London Clubs product you will know what to expect - super luxe design with a great food and drink offer.
Music Concrete will be programming the background music and helping out with djs.

Harvey Nics and Stolly go together like..... well, Stolly and Bolly. And so the two cultural giants have joined forces for the new Stolichnaya Bar on the 5th floor of Harvey Nichols in London. The bar is Constructivist dream world, and who better to provide the quirky East meets West soundtrack than Music Concrete. High boots and jodhpurs are sooo this season, darling.

Music Concrete's Jerry Bouthier had an extremely busy Fashion Week. He produced music for Basso and Brooke, Roksanda Illincic, Jonathan Saunders and Osman Yousefzada. He also played at parties too numerous to mention. Jerry's Fashion Week blog will follow soon.

Some of Music Concrete's star djs will be playing at Hoxton Hotel, 81 Gt Eastern Street during September. You can catch Jerry Bouthier and Colin Toogood from the legendary clubs 'Family' and 'Boogie Box', designer extrodinaire Yuni will be playing during Sunday brunch and finally Mr Soar himself will be rocking the Saturday nights.

Music Concrete's star Maritn Green has become White Cube Gallerey's DJ of choice. He has rocked the house for two years running at the infamous White Cube annual party. He played for the legendary Ansel Kiefer and at the end of this month he will be mixing his old school classics at the party to celebrate the opening of Gary Hume show.
